Apart from being able to buy high quality products, we have
our own exchange policy for returned goods following the
consumer rights codes.
Cases where the customer will be able to change
the product paying a new freight:
a) Change for any other product of the site. If the changed
product is of higher value, the difference will be discounted
from the freight, if lower value the customer will pay the
difference, in accordance with the payment modality;
b) In case the customer is not satisfied with the acquired
product, he will be able to change it for another one. Products
can only be changed if not worn.
Case where the customer will be able to change the
product without paying a new freight:
a) If a different product has been received instead of the
one requested. Or if it is presenting any confection problem.
Customers can exchange the product within 7 (seven) days
on receipt.
Case where the customer will be able to
give back the product paying a new freight:
a) The customer will be able to give back the product (canceling
its purchase), within 7 (seven) days after the act of receiving
it, since he has not used or consumed the product. We do
not accept the devolution of used product by the customer.
In all the cases above, the customer will have to send the
product for exchange to our plant . Only after receipt and
in the stated period of 5 to 10 days, we will carry through
the exchange of the product or cancel the purchase and return
the amount paid.
